How It Works

  1. Initial Consultation – We clarify your goals, the fair(s) you want to attend, and your product focus.

  2. Preparation – We research relevant exhibitors, arrange pre-scheduled meetings, and confirm your itinerary.

  3. Travel Coordination – Hotel reservations, airport transfers, local transportation.

  4. On-Site Support – Bilingual guidance, introductions to vetted partners, translation, and negotiation assistance.

  5. Follow-Up – We help you maintain contact and move forward with selected suppliers after the fair.

What We Need From You

  • Company profile & product categories of interest

  • Your travel dates & preferred arrival airport in China

  • Any existing supplier list you want to meet

  • Special requests (VIP meetings, factory visits, interpreter preferences, etc.)

Pricing & Billing

We keep it simple and transparent:

Includes:
We personally meet you upon arrival at the airport, assist with your luggage, and drive you either directly to your hotel or straight to the fair, depending on your arrival time. On each booked day, we pick you up from your hotel and bring you to the trade fair, staying with you to provide on-site guidance, translation, and introductions. After your visit, we return you comfortably to your hotel. On your departure day, we arrange your transfer back to the airport. Hotel booking assistance is also included to ensure you are conveniently located and well accommodated.

Price: 1,200 €

Includes:
All services from the Basic Package plus:
Complete transfer service for all booked days – hotel to fair, fair to hotel, or directly to other appointments as needed. We arrange up to 10 pre-scheduled meetings with carefully selected, verified suppliers relevant to your business. An experienced bilingual interpreter is with you at all times to ensure smooth communication and help with negotiations. At the end of your visit, we provide a stress-free transfer back to the airport. All you need to focus on is exploring opportunities and making deals – we take care of the rest.

Price: 2,500 €

Per additional day of fair or factory visit

Price: 350 €

Professional English–Chinese interpreter

Price: 250 € / day

Billing: 50% deposit upon booking, 50% upon completion of services | Payment by bank transfer, Wise, or PayPal | All travel costs (hotel, flights, entrance tickets) billed separately at cost price.
